I installed a Ramset 5000 myself. 34 ft. slide gate weighing 850 lbs. Very happy with the unit, seems built to last, the control board is well designed with every conceivable connector and control you could want. 10 Year warranty for residential use is nice, but I don’t think I’ll need it. The dimensions in the manual, for placement of mounting bolts in the concrete pad were incorrect, so measure the actual mounting holes on your unit before you pour the concrete pad and lay the bolts. That was the only problem, very happy with unit.
